Springfield Mind - Telephone Triage Practitioner (Mental Health)

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join our existing Telephone Triage Team, due to service expansion.

The Triage Practitioner works within set pathways to ensure any caller experiencing mental health distress, as well as relatives or professional callers, get signposted, supported, and referred onwards (where appropriate). This helps ensure the right outcome for each caller. Triage Practitioners work closely in partnership with the NHS Crisis Team based at Worcestershire Royal Hospital. Night shifts work on a rota basis across 7 days of the week, 365 days of the year.
