Springfield Mind - Telephone Triage Practitioner (Days/Nights)

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join our existing Telephone Triage Team, due to service expansion.

The Triage Practitioner works within set pathways to ensure any caller experiencing mental health distress, as well as relatives or professional callers, get signposted, supported, and referred onwards (where appropriate). This helps ensure the right outcome for each caller.

Triage Practitioners work closely in partnership with the NHS Crisis Team based at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.

Nights: A mix of shifts 5pm-1am and 1am - 9am are worked on a rota basis across 7 days of the week.

Days: Shifts of 9am - 5pm are worked on a rota basis across 7 days of the week.
