Springfield Mind – Team Leader (Telephone Triage)

About the role

To oversee the effective, outcome focussed day to day delivery of the Telephone Triage Service for Springfield Mind, ensuring that the service is meeting the requirements of the contract. The role will work effectively in partnership with the Trust(s) in particularly the Crisis Team(s) and wider community services. Part of this role will also include working a minimum of one triage shift per week.
