The Single Point of Entry Officer role is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team at the centre of an innovative and forward-thinking organisation. You will be the first point of contact for local people looking for support with their mental health and wellbeing, and you will help people to navigate services both within Mind and more widely in the areas that we work. You must have excellent communication skills, and with the support and training Mind offers you will develop a psychologically informed, person-centred approach and in-depth knowledge of a range of mental health problems.
