About the role

“We’re a charity. We’re a national network of local Mind charities. We’re a campaigning organisation.

Above all, we’re a passionate team of people who want anyone with a mental health problem to get the support they need and the respect they deserve.”

Our local Minds support over 420,000 people across England and Wales. As independent charities, affiliated to Mind, they offer a diverse range of mental health and wellbeing services in their local communities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with service design and business development or bid team experience, to join Mind and support Mind Cymru and our network of Local Mind charities across Wales to develop new services and bid for mental health service contracts.

If you have skills and experience in market intelligence gathering, scoping, developing and submitting large bids for contracts, as well as experience in developing new services and building collaboration and partnership working, this could be where you are able to add value to Mind Cymru and our network of Local Mind charities across Wales.

Based in Mind Cymru’s Cardiff office, you’ll need to be willing to travel across Wales to share your skills with the network and support us to reach more people who need our help.
