We have an exciting opportunity to join our workplace wellbeing team, which sits in our fundraising directorate. The team plays an important role in helping us make sure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.
Workplace wellbeing aims to positively influence working policies, practices and culture. It also involves raising money to fund our work and improve people's working lives.
As senior training and consultancy officer, you'll be:
The role is part of a 6-month pilot programme. After 6 months, we may have the potential to extend the role to a contractual or permanent position.
We're looking for a trainer/consultant with relevant qualifications, for example, PTLLS, DTLLS, City & Guilds or similar.
We'd like you to have:
Our workplace wellbeing team is currently delivering our training remotely via Zoom or Teams. This is because many of us, and our clients, are still working from home. So it would be great if you have experience delivering training in a remote environment, too.
You'll be working from home at first. But when guidance changes, we'll expect you to be in the office at least 2 days a week, depending on your team's needs.
We value diversity and embrace the different views each of us brings. We're creating an inclusive working environment where we appreciate everyone for exactly who they are.
We want to become truly anti-racist in everything we do. And want to make sure we treat our employees fairly and equitably at work.
Becoming anti-racist sits at the heart of our work. For more information, take a look at our strategy page.
