About the role

Our Quality and Compliance team plays an important role in ensuring that Mind goes above and beyond meeting our regulatory requirements. We work to build a culture of learning and continuous improvement and share our expertise to build capacity across all of Mind.

To join us in being successful in our cause, we are looking for a Senior Quality & Insight Officer who will be the team lead for data analysis and reporting. You will focus on capturing high quality insight to help teams across the organisation to learn and improve as well as working on a range of exciting initiatives to maximize the impact of Mind’s work.

We are looking for an excellent communicator with an interest in organisational improvement. Your attitude is equally as important to your experience and you must have a proactive, solution-focused approach as well as the skills to improve how we capture and share insight.
