Mind is the leading mental health charity in England and Wales. We’re here to make sure that everyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn for advice and support. Do you have experience in delivering innovative programmes? We are looking for somebody to join Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing team to work alongside a Programme Manager, to deliver a largescale Mental Health & Productivity Pilot across the Midlands.
This is a unique and ambitious pilot, which has the potential to shape how employers across the UK support the mental health and wellbeing of their staff. You will have experience in programme delivery, including supporting the delivery of programme plans within budget. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills including proven experience of working with local delivery partners. This role will provide you with the opportunity to co-produce and develop new workplace wellbeing interventions, which will be robustly evaluated by academic partners.
