Our Quality and Compliance team plays an important role in ensuring that Mind goes above and beyond meeting our regulatory requirements. We work to build a culture of learning and continuous improvement and share our expertise to build capacity across all of Mind.

To join us in being successful in our mission, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel who will be Mind’s in-house legal adviser with a focus on improving how contracts are managed across the organisation. This newly created role presents an exciting opportunity to make a difference to how we work. As well as building expertise within the organisation, you will support with some of our flagship projects to ensure that our legal position is robust and we are upholding our core values as a charity.

We are looking for a highly-effective legal professional with experience of contract law who is looking to move into a hands-on role in a charity. Your attitude is equally as important to your experience and you must have a pragmatic approach and excellent people skills.
