We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect. We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
The Data Insight team is passionate about harnessing the power of data to understand our supporters and customers better and generate actionable insights. We aim to empower teams across Mind, offering our expertise but also giving them the tools and resources to discover and act on insights themselves.
We value curiosity and continuous learning and relish a data challenge! We are embarking on a new team strategy, and this brand new role will broaden and deepen our remit and accountabilities.
Your brief will be to develop and share a rich and coherent understanding of Mind's audiences as well as clarity around our position in the market, through sector benchmarking and intelligence.
You will be involved in each stage of the research and analysis process, commissioning and carrying out insight projects, exploring and analysing data, identifying gaps in our knowledge and sharing your specialist knowledge and insights with teams across the organisation.
You will also work as part of a cross-organisational project team delivering our new audience strategy, helping to successfully communicate and embed the research into our organisational culture and ways of working.
We are looking for candidates with a combination of research, data and analysis skills, an ability to master complexity and co-ordinate their work, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
This position will initially, in line with current and potentially future guidance, be based from home. Post lockdown this role will retain some flexibility but post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days per week thereafter (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team)
We value the power of diversity. We embrace the different perspectives that each of us bring. We are creating an inclusive working environment where everyone is appreciated for being authentic and bringing their whole selves to work regardless of race, gender, age, religion, identity and experience.
We are committed to becoming truly anti-racist in everything we do and ensuring that all our employees are treated fairly and equitably at work and promoting equity in physical and mental health for all.
Our strategy has becoming an anti-racist organisation right at the centre of our work. For more information please visit our strategy pages.
