£33,310 - £38,864 (+Location Weighting)

The Community Fundraising team is looking for a Senior Fundraising Officer to help us meet our ambitions. As a Senior Fundraising Officer, you will lead on delivering a portfolio of supporter-led/DIY and small business fundraising.
You will manage end to end fundraising delivery that ensures Mind’s thousands of supporters have an incredible experience. You will manage one Fundraising Officer and take responsibility for their supervision and development. You will work broadly across our portfolio but be based in our Mind Cymru offices in Cardiff.
This will enable you to support and develop Wales specific fundraising activity including attending corporate pitches, supporter meetings, and third-party events.
You will play a pivotal role in the Community & Events Fundraising team reaching and exceeding their target of circa £10.8 million NET income by 2024.

This position will initially, in line with current and potentially future guidance, be based from home. Post lockdown this role will retain some flexibility but post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days thereafter (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team)
