About the role

We provide advice and support to empower anybody experiencing a mental health problem and we campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

Join Mind's innovative and ambitious Events Fundraising team at a time of growth and development and help raise over £5m so we can be there for more people with mental health problems.

Working closely with the Events Fundraising Manager, other Senior Events Fundraising Officers and Events Fundraising Coordinators, the post holder will be responsible for developing, managing, delivering and evaluating a portfolio of running, cycling and UK challenge events to achieve net income targets, including budgeting and reporting against financial and non-financial KPIs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate individual who is highly organised and has a strong attention to detail.

You will have experience of working across multiple active challenge fundraising activities, having experience of managing events plans, marketing, and logistics.

You’ll have experience of developing and delivering high quality stewardship programmes for event fundraising participants to maximise their fundraising potential.

You will have experience of line management, overseeing the maintenance and improvement of administrative processes online, with databases and accounting systems, and be a competent user of CRM packages.
