We are recruiting for Senior Direct Marketing Officer on a one-year maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced campaign manager to work in an ambitious and fast-growing team. Organised and with an eye for detail you’ll be a people person who will build positive relationships across the organisation and manage suppliers effectively, you will also be a problem solver with the flexibility to cope with change and competing priorities.
Reporting to the Direct Marketing Manager, the Senior Direct Marketing Officer (Retention) will have responsibility for the supporting development, implementation, management and delivery of the retention programme within Direct Marketing, in order to achieve income targets.
You’ll manage Direct Marketing Officers and be responsible for the implementation and delivery of a wide range of campaigns including cash appeals, our supporter magazines, welcome journeys, regular giving upgrades and Payroll Giving. You will have the opportunity to build on and develop a data driven approach that will provide an excellent audience-led experience across multiple channels. You will also be expected to monitor and evaluate campaigns, providing regular financial and key performance indicator updates, recommendations and reports.
