Senior Data & CRM Officer

About the role

Mind is the leading mental health charity in England and Wales. We’re here to make sure that everyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn for advice and support.

As part of an organisation-wide digital transformation programme, Mind is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CRM across the charity. This is an exciting time to join Mind where data is moving to the core of all activities of the organisation. The CRM and Data Services Senior Officer will be responsible for administering the day to day operation of the CRM database, assist in the implementation of marketing programmes to deliver actionable supporter and business insight for the charity.

We are looking for someone with experience of:

  • Delivering excellent customer care in a data environment.
  • Gathering and refining business requirements, translating them into data specifications and implementing a solution.
  • MS SQL Server databases or similar SQL environments
  • Administering large and complex CRM database systems and providing database user support.
  • Administering data extractions (mailings selections) and data import procedures.
  • Contributing to supporter journeys, integrated communication plans and supporter care strategies in order to improve the lifetime value of supporters.
  • Producing analysis from customer/supporter databases to inform marketing strategies.
  • Developing and documenting operational business processes, procedures and guidance.

Reporting to the Deputy CRM Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience of handling large volumes and creating data mapping documents. Knowledge of GDPR is a must as well as having a good knowledge of all regulations that are necessary to observe in a data management environment.
