The communications and marketing team’s purpose is to lift Mind’s brand; to tell our story in a planned and audience-driven way and deliver strategic, life-changing communications.
As the Senior Communications Account Officer, you will work in partnership across the organisation, initially Mind, Mind Cymru and retail, to deliver a high-quality range of communications, working to the strategic communications plan and the brand strategy.
You will form part of a team of communications professionals, designers and multimedia producers to deliver support and advice across all teams. You will play a key role in managing external providers - e.g. design agencies, freelancers, producers, translators and printers – and support the development of good systems and processes for both outsourced work and a trial in-house team.
Your expert understanding of production processes and ability to coordinate multiple projects will enable you to play a key role in outsourcing editorial and design tasks to a range of freelancers and suppliers.
With strong project management skills, a good understanding of brand and experience of quality assurance processes you will ensure that the charity’s creative outputs are of the highest quality, in tune with audiences of all ages and in line with our strategic brand direction.
Your excellent stakeholder management skills will allow you to provide a high level of customer service to teams across the organisation, helping to develop briefs, liaising with external suppliers and ensuring effective communication between project stakeholders.
