Mind Retail: Regional Manager

We are looking for a Regional Manager for a retail position within our Northern division.  

This role offers you the autonomy to challenge the status quo and to think creatively of new ways to improve our business. It also offer a diverse workplace that engages you in; new shop acquisitions/ openings, creating new methods of working, full P&L accountability, input into buying new products or training and development that is only limited by your own imagination.

You will be an experienced leader, with a proven track record of delivering results in a large store format or a field based environment. Right now you’ll be a role model for your team and colleagues, aspiring to deliver the results that you are able to deliver. Your current team think you are inspirational and lead by example.
