Regional Community Fundraising Manager – Lancashire & Cumbria

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to join Mind in a fast paced and exciting role where learnings and successes are part of the ethos of how we work.

As Regional Community Fundraiser Manager you will be part of national Mind’s fundraising directorate, reporting to the Regional Community Fundraising Project Manager, working closely with three local Mind teams in Lancashire and Cumbria and national Mind teams.

You will assist in implementing, monitoring and evaluating the two year Regional Community Fundraising pilot project plan in Lancashire and Cumbria, by supporting, advising, training, upskilling and innovating with the participating local Minds, helping each of them build capacity in community fundraising. You will drive and test models of community fundraising within the options available in the pilot, leading monthly regional training meetings, participating in quarterly review meetings and co-producing an evaluation report, to be shared with the network, assessing progress against objectives, learnings and recommendations for further development and future rollout.
