We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Quality and Governance function, leading a small team responsible for ensuring that Mind can demonstrate the highest possible standards to our beneficiaries, supporters, regulators, donors and other stakeholders.
In this role, you will develop and maintain the Quality Assurance Framework across all of Mind to ensure that are operations are safe, legal and compliant while upholding our core values as a charity.
We are looking for a highly-effective professional with experience of safeguarding, risk management and the regulatory environment that Mind operates in. Your attitude is equally as important as your experience and you must have a proactive, pragmatic approach and excellent people skills.
In a fast-changing regulatory environment and as Mind continues to innovate and develop new programmes of work, your role will be pivotal to maximising our impact on people experiencing mental health problems.
Closing Date 15th March 2021
This position will initially, in line with current government guidance be based from home, with an expectation of being home based for the next six months or until updated government guidelines are published. However, if / when government guidelines change the role may then revert to being office based, whilst retaining some flexible working options.
