Do you have experience in leading innovative programmes, working with multiple stakeholders? We are looking for somebody to join Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing team who will be responsible for working with a range of partners to deliver a largescale Mental Health & Productivity Pilot across the Midlands. This is a unique and ambitious pilot, which has the potential to shape how employers across the UK support the mental health and wellbeing of their staff. You will have experience in mobilising and delivering programmes, including overseeing programme plans and budgets. You’ll be responsible for managing a Senior Programme Officer, so will be experienced in managing and coaching staff. You’ll also have the opportunity to use your influencing and negotiating skills to help shape the direction of the pilot over the next two years. This position is a fixed term contract until 30th June 2022 Please note that Mind may close this role earlier, therefore we would encourage early applications.
