This is an exciting opportunity to join Mind’s central Business Development team working on the development of new large scale initiatives across England & Wales.
Based within the Chief Executive’s office this role encompasses project managing the design and development of new largescale programmes in the pipeline that help deliver on Mind’s strategy for 2016-2021 ‘Building on Change’.
With an appreciation of the wider strategic value of business development, you will combine this with an eye for detail and entrepreneurial flair to ensure that Mind is able to achieve the best returns for people with mental health problems.
Motivated by Mind’s values, your experience of project managing and undertaking complex programme design and development will enable you to harness opportunities in the field of mental health to achieve sustainable long-term impact for Mind.
With the ability to quickly establish your own credibility & a commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues from across the organisation this new role will require tenacity and commitment to ensure Mind can optimise new proactive development areas, building on a successful period of growth for the organisation.
