Oxfordshire Mind - Project Deputy Manager (Safe Haven)

About the role

At Oxfordshire Mind, we believe that no one should have to face a mental health difficulty alone. Our Safe Haven service offers somewhere to turn for those experiencing mental health crisis by providing timely same-day support. This bespoke mental health service offers a tailored alternative to the A&E department.

Following recent expansion, we are looking for a second Project Manager to jointly lead and develop the service to ensure more people can access support when they need it. This is an excellent opportunity to join our caring and dynamic team and to make a positive difference in the lives of those we support.
In the Safe Haven team, we place a high value on mutual support, sharing our wide-ranging knowledge and expertise and maintaining close working relationships. There are lots of opportunities for staff to develop areas of interest on an individual and team basis. We are truly committed to the wellbeing of our staff, and this remains a high priority alongside providing excellent support for our service users.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, pro-active and supportive, with a strong commitment to service user involvement, excellent people managements skills and service provision.
