Oxfordshire Mind - AMHT Wellbeing Worker across South, North & West Oxfordshire

About the role

Oxfordshire Mind launched the AMHT Wellbeing Project in October 2019. The project aims to forge strong links between staff in Adult Mental Health Teams in Oxfordshire, and Oxfordshire Mind staff to produce better outcomes for service users. AMHT Wellbeing Workers cover AMHTs across Oxfordshire. Workers are based within Adult Mental Health Teams (AMHT) that provide secondary care to people experiencing severe or enduring mental health issues. Wellbeing Workers will work in a person-centred way, supporting individuals to utilise resources in their community to maintain or improve levels of wellbeing and mental health.  They also act as a point of contact for AMHT staff and share their expertise in relation to community resources.

Oxfordshire Mind AMHT Wellbeing Service Worker will offer Information and Options session to service users of Oxfordshire Adult Mental Health Teams (AMHT) through a combination of face to face and telephone appointments.
