About the role

We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect. We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

Are you passionate about putting in place organisational systems and practices that enable individuals, teams and directorates to deliver their best work? Have you previously worked a specialist, technical or professional field, such as programme management, governance, financial planning or organisational development? Would you like to use that experience to support Mind’s work in Wales?

Then this might be the role for you.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for strategic planning, budget management, corporate management and governance arrangements within Mind Cymru, supporting the Senior Leadership Team to ensure a strong focus on beneficiary impact in our planning.

This position will initially, in line with current and potentially future guidance, be based from home. Post lockdown this role will retain some flexibility but post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days thereafter (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team).
