About the role

Newport Mind is looking for a dynamic and inspirational support worker who can confidently work on their own initiative and in partnership to provide housing related support to people with mental health problems and to European Economic Area (EEA) Migrants in Newport.

Newport Mind is looking for a confident, dynamic and resourceful support worker with a good knowledge and understanding of the housing related support issues facing people with mental health problems and European Economic Area migrants in addition to a good understanding of the Supporting People Programme.

You will have the skills, knowledge and abilities to successfully deliver one to one support to people that promotes their mental wellbeing, independence and supports them to progress.
