Take the lead in promoting resilience approaches to improve mental well-being and resilience for children, young people and their families, supporting them to develop and acquire the skills and resources to make positive changes to achieve better outcomes in life.
We are looking for someone who can work proactively on their own initiative and in partnership, to provide and deliver one to one support, family support, group work, self-management courses and awareness raising activities in a variety of settings, to individuals, groups and different audiences.
