About the role

1) Job Title:  Administrative Support

Salary: £7,800 p/a

Hours: 16 hours a week

Contract Type: Fixed term post until December 2022

Location: Swindon

We are looking for an Administrative Support Officer with excellent organisational skills to support and perform a variety of admin tasks within the Swindon office. The role involves dealing with all enquiries to the service, maintaining supplies in the office, taking accurate minutes, monitoring the admin email box and inputting referrals. 2) Job Title: Business Coordinator

Salary: £26,500

Hours: 35 hours a week

Contract Type: Fixed term post until December 2022

Location: Swindon & Gloucestershire Offices

We are looking for a Business Coordinator who will help drive growth for Swindon & Gloucestershire Mind by maximising the organisations potential through internal and external development and increased income generation. 3) Job Title: Community Wellbeing Coordinator

Salary: £16,332

Hours: 26 hours a week

Contract Type: Fixed term post until December 2022

Location: Swindon

The Community Wellbeing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and running a programme of activities throughout the week from our Mind Time programme. All sessions are based on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and are held within different community settings. The Community Wellbeing Coordinator will also provide 121 support through wellbeing appointments and work closely alongside other wellbeing coordinators within the wellbeing team.  

4) Job Title: Employment and Volunteer Coordinator  

Salary: £17,588.48

Hours: 28 hours a week

Contract Type: Fixed term post until December 2022

Location: Swindon

As an employment and volunteer coordinator you will be working with adults who are experiencing mental health problems and providing support to help them find employment, training or volunteering opportunities. You will also support people to maintain their employment and support will be provided on a 121 basis and also within group sessions. The employment and volunteer coordinator will also provide training workshops to local businesses and organisations to promote ways in which employees/employers can promote good wellbeing in the work place

5) Job Title: Finance and PA Support Officer

Salary: £10,993

Hours: 20 hours a week

Contract Type: Fixed term post until December 2022

Location: Swindon

We are looking for a Finance & PA Support Officer to provide effective finance and PA functions. We are looking for someone who has experience in using finance systems and general office procedures. Further information on key accountabilities for this post can be found within the job description.

6) Job Title: Recovery & Wellbeing Coordinator

Salary: £20,101.12

Hours: 32 hours a week

Contract Type: Fixed term post until December 2022

Location: Swindon

As a Recovery & Wellbeing Coordinator you will be working closely and in partnership with Avon & Wiltshire Partnership NHS trust Recovery Team providing support from our Steps Programme which involves 121 outreach work. 7) Job Title: Self Harmony Coordinator

Salary: £21, 199.36

Hours: 28 hours a week

Contract Type: Fixed term post until December 2022

Location: Swindon 3 days a week, Gloucester 1 day a week

We are looking to recruit a Self Harmony Coordinator who will lead on the Self Harmony service which has several service areas: Day time counselling service, an evening counselling service, the growth of Self Harmony in Gloucestershire and the training in Understanding Self Injury and Self Harm.
