About the role

1) Job Title: Self Harmony Counsellors x2

Salary: £11,500

Hours: 17.5 hours a week

Contract Type: Fixed term post until December 2022

Location: Swindon 

We are looking to recruit two counsellors to join the Self Harmony team and the position requires an experienced practioner (BACP, UKPC or BPC accredited). The successful candidate will hold a small caseload of clients and support people who are currently engaging in self injury and self harming behaviours. 

2) Job Title: Site & Field Trainer

Salary: £17,588.48

Hours: 28 hours a week

Contract Type: Fixed term post until December 2022

Location: Swindon  & Gloucestershire

We are looking for a site and field trainer to help drive our training service by delivering different courses and workshops across Swindon & Gloucestershire. The post will involve preparing and delivering training including MHFA, ASIST and bespoke courses. 

3) Job Title: Swindon Manager

Salary: £29,000-£31,000

Hours: 35 hours a week

Contract Type: Fixed term post until December 2022

Location: Swindon  & Gloucestershire

We are looking for a Swindon manager who is passionate and motivated to lead and manage the Swindon day team, ensuring the services and team provide high quality, person centred services for people experiencing mental health problems in the local community.  

4) Job Title: Wellbeing Support Worker

Salary: £9,422.40

Hours: 15 hours a week

Contract Type: Fixed term post until December 2022

Location: Swindon

We are looking for a wellbeing support worker to join the wellbeing team, providing support to people experiencing mental health problems by providing 121 wellbeing support, promoting the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.

5) Job Title: Young Minds & Wellbeing Coordinator

Salary: £17,588.48

Hours: 28 hours a week

Contract Type: Fixed term post until December 2022

Location: Swindon

We are looking for a Young Minds & Wellbeing Coordinator to coordinate support for young people by attending CAMHS transition meetings, providing outreach support to young people referred via CAMHS, leading on the Young Mind’s sessions and providing 121 wellbeing appointments.
