Getting the right mental health support to people matters more than ever. Mind CHWF are seeking a dynamic and systematic project implementation manager to support implementation and alignment our new services.
You will be working as part of MindCHWF team within the broader multi-disciplinary team, in the diverse boroughs of the City of London and Hackney. MindCHWF has a range of departments including psychological therapies and wellbeing services, IRIE Mind and Rainbow Mind, Education, Employment and Welfare Rights.
By nature of being a charity organisation with commissioned and/or grant funding, many projects are often starting, transforming, or ending. Responding effectively to the mental health needs of our communities has resulted in us developing and redesigning our services and we are seeking a project manager with interest in mental health to support us in implementing these changes.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the implementation of new projects, workstreams and services, setting up management frameworks and supporting with consolidating service pathways and processes. They will aid the implementation and launch of projects and work closely with SMT to ensure smooth service operations. They will work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the MindCHWF policies and procedures.
They will have a leadership role in change management in the organisation, communicating new processes, training, and setting up clear expectations and deadlines for staff. They will support with internal and external comms about to promote these projects.
