About the role

Led by Crisis in partnership with Thames Reach and St Mungo’s, the Tackling Multiple Disadvantage project is a person-centred employment service for people with multiple and complex needs in North, East and West London. The post-holder will: Build effective working relationships with homeless people, assessing their needs; Support people who are economically inactive in their search for employment; Support people into education and/or training; Develop links with the agencies working with homeless people, providers of temporary accommodation and outreach services, Provide coaching to improve work readiness.
