About the role

Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest is looking for a Clinical Services Manager to join our established Psychological Therapies team. We are looking for a qualified (minimum five years post qualification with UKCP/BACP/BPS etc) psychotherapist who has experience of managing a team. Experience of providing clinical supervision would also be beneficial. You will be responsible for the line management of a group of practising therapists, and you will have a working knowledge of safeguarding protocols. The role will include delivery of a therapeutic group for one evening a week, psychological assessment of clients for our talking therapy service, and delivery of long-term therapy to LGBTQ+/BAME community members with a history of trauma. The role will be split between management and clinical delivery. Previous experience of working within an IAPT service or Voluntary and Community Organisation would be advantageous.
