About the role

We are seeking to recruit Peer Workers who can use their own life experience of mental distress or as a carer and recovery, as a template in these roles. Working as part of the Havering, Barking & Dagenham Mental Health Peer Projects you will provide support and recovery guidance to individuals experiencing common and severe mental health problems. You will be supported by the NELFT MH Wellness Team Manager, and report to and be supervised by the Operations Manager for Mind in Havering, Barking & Dagenham
