Mind in Havering, Barking & Dagenham - Mums Matter Facilitator

About the role

A chance to utilise your lived experience and life skills to help mums experiencing perinatal mental health problems.

We are looking for empathetic team members who can deliver a Mums Matter a six-week course designed by mums for mums low perinatal mental health. We are providing an early intervention, low intensity service for mums with mild to moderate diagnosed mental health issues or who are at risk of developing mental health issues in the perinatal/postnatal period, offering enhanced emotional support for those identified and referred. The course covers managing the everyday, dispelling myths and nurture me. Our project will be delivered in partnership with London Boroughs of Havering and Barking & Dagenham.
