Are you passionate about mental health and wellbeing in the workplace? Do you have experience in delivering training to organisations? Do you have previous line management experience?
If the answers are 'yes', 'yes', 'yes', then this could be the opportunity for you!
Mind’s growing social enterprise “Well at Work” service has been delivering training and consultancy to organisations across the UK and Europe for over ten years and is rapidly expanding. Well at Work plays a significant role in generating revenue for Hammersmith & Fulham Mind and additional funding for other services provided by the charity.
Our aim is to help employers understand and recognise the symptoms of poor mental health and take steps to improve employee wellbeing, reducing sickness absence and increasing productivity and profitability.
Can you help us make a change? We are looking for an experienced trainer who can design and deliver training concerning mental health in the workplace. Current services include mental health awareness, wellbeing, mindfulness, stress and resilience, sleep hygiene, policy and process reviews and one-to-one support. We work closely with managers and therefore require someone with line management experience.
In addition to training, the successful candidate will also have responsibility for managing customer relationships for a number of existing clients, lead generation and the preparation of written proposals.
