We are seeking to recruit an additional Employment Advisor to join our team to provide advice and information, skills-based interventions, and employment support to people experiencing mental health issues who wish to remain in, return to and/or find work. The role will be varied and involve managing a busy caseload and include liaison work with employers and other external partners so experience and a commitment to partnership working is required.
You will require an understanding of employment issues and the barriers people may face in the workplace. Skills in providing advice and information and a track record of successfully engaging and working with people experiencing mental health issues is essential.
