About the role

Mind in Brighton and Hove empowers and supports people who have experience of mental health issues in Brighton and Hove and across Sussex.

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic manager to support, develop and manage staff delivering high quality mental health services and ensure services reflect best practice. You will work closely with other agencies, delivering services in partnership and identify opportunities for service development.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, commitment to service user involvement and experience of managing and delivering mental health services with a strong client focus.   All successful applicants are subject to enhanced DBS.
