Lewisham Community Wellbeing is a new service, led by BLG Mind and delivered in partnership with Lewisham Refugee & Migrant Network, Sydenham Garden, Metro and SLaM. The service provides recovery-focused individual support to help people develop their independence and self-management skills and to achieve their personal goals.
We are now recruiting for a full time Mental Wellbeing Adviser to play an important part in delivering and developing this exciting service. You will have the caseload management experience and skills to deliver focused, person-centred, individual support and Information, Advice and Guidance on a wide range of social issues including welfare benefits, housing issues, debt, consumer rights, employment, and social networks. You will also run structured workshops.
Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barring Service check
