This role will be responsible for role modelling learning within our organisation, with a passion for working collaboratively. As a great relationship builder, facilitator and administrator– you will help to inspire our learning culture.
This role will provide you with the unique opportunity to gain extensive experience in the administration and project management of our internal training programme, including relationship building with internal and external stakeholders, coordination of the cross UK Leadership Development Programme programme, expanding our online learning offer, and improving our induction processes.
