Are you an experienced manager, with experience in areas such as: HR, governance, facilities management, and awareness of charity finance? Do you want to join an organisation who are passionate about improving mental health and wellbeing for Lancashire communities?
To succeed in the role, you will need excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
We want someone who demonstrates our values in being Bold, Caring, Open and Real.
This is an exciting time for Lancashire Mind at the start of our new 5-year strategy. We have a growing portfolio of services and increasing numbers of staff; so we need a dynamic, committed, and proactive individual to oversee and support the smooth running of the organisation. We want someone who believes in our vision of a Lancashire where everyone has the opportunity to have the best mental health and wellbeing possible.
We offer a workplace pension scheme, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays and usually three additional days over Christmas), a sick pay scheme, paid emergency time off to care for dependents, regular supervision, a suite of wellbeing support measures, and a variety of learning and development opportunities.
