Are you an experienced in financial management? Do you want to join an organisation who are passionate about improving the mental health and wellbeing of Lancashire communities? And do you want to work for an employer who is flexible, forward thinking and genuinely champions wellbeing in the workplace?

To succeed in the role, you will need excellent communication, analytical and numerical skills. We want someone who demonstrates our values in being Bold, Caring, Open and Real.

This is an exciting time for Lancashire Mind at the start of our new 5-year strategy. We want someone who believes in our vision of a Lancashire where everyone has the opportunity to have the best mental health and wellbeing possible.

We offer a workplace pension scheme, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays and usually three additional days over Christmas), a sick pay scheme, paid emergency time off to care for dependents, regular supervision, a suite of wellbeing support measures, and a variety of learning and development opportunities.
