The purpose of the Helpline and Outreach Co-ordinator role is to provide frontline support to services users of our Black River Counselling Service.
The postholder will assist in the provision of a high quality, effective and professional helpline service to people of Black African/Caribbean heritage in Lambeth and Southwark, ensuring competent and accurate appointment scheduling, handling enquiries through telephone and email and providing information and advice to clients regarding the service and signposting to other appropriate support services.
