Are you passionate about mental health? Islington Mind is looking to recruit a Crisis Café Team Leader to join our specialist Mental Health Recovery Pathway Service.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and communicative person with BACP, UKCP or BPC accreditation, with excellent skills and experience in working with vulnerable people with complex mental health problems in one-to-one and group settings, and in service user assessment and crisis management.
As the Recovery Team Leader you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the Mental Health Recovery Pathway Counselling Service 1-2 days a week. You will be carrying out counselling and psychotherapy assessments and be responsible for monitoring, recording and all the administration tasks of the counselling service.
