The successful candidate will have experience of either managing or team leading an HR service. You will lead and inspire a fast paced team who are responsible for all areas of HR’s transactional work. The ideal applicant will have extensive experience in managing recruitment campaigns as well as employee relations support, an understanding of payroll administration would be an advantage as would knowledge of HR databases.
