range of bases for both Hertfordshire Mind Network and Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust covering West and East Hertfordshire primarily in Watford, Hemel Hempstead and Ware. Countywide travel will be required.

About the role

Hertfordshire Mind Network (HMN) is the largest charitable provider of mental health support in Hertfordshire, providing direct support to over 5,000 people experiencing mental ill health each year. We provide a diverse range of services from our Wellbeing Centres and outreach bases across all ten districts of the county. Funded locally, our services are available to all residents in Hertfordshire over the age of 18 and we offer dedicated services for 15-18 year olds.

The Wellbeing Access Worker will work closely with the Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust Wellbeing Service and play a key role in the service by marketing and promoting its provision across the county through a range of means (including hosting promotional stalls, information distribution and the use of social media as a marketing tool) and building relationships across the county with key stakeholders, other Hertfordshire organisations, service users, carers and the wider community. The post holder will work to ensure that individuals who need it are referred to 1-2-1 and group support, mental health support and guidance, through the consideration of pathways. The post holder will be required to work some flexible hours outside of normal 9-5 working hours including on the evening and weekend.
