Based in Stratford, London with regular travel to Wales.
We’re Mind, the mental health charity. We provide advice and support to empower anybody experiencing a mental health problem and we campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
We are seeking an experienced and driven senior manager who has contributed to the development of, and delivered on cross organisational strategic objectives, via collaborative consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
You must possess a proven track record of strategy and planning, principles of business conduct and risk management. An expert strategic planner and evaluator, capable of implementing robust systems of internal control via confident communication and reporting, across a diverse organisation is a must.
You have to be an enthusiastic team player, able to work on initiative when deputising for the Chief Operating Officer and support Minds Values in earnest.
This position will initially, in line with current and potentially future guidance, be based from home. Post lockdown this role will retain some flexibility but post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days thereafter (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team)
