About the role

Mind is committed to equality of opportunity for all staff, and applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships.

We’re Mind, the leading mental health charity. Right now, more people than ever are talking about mental health and we have a unique opportunity to maximise our reach and help more people get support and respect. If you are excited about strategic planning and passionate for brand and social marketing, we want to hear from you.

We’ve restructured our communications and marketing team and this new role will be a key part of our communications senior management that will transform how we deliver our communications and marketing. We need you to be strategic and well planned, working collaboratively but always seeing the bigger picture. Experienced at strategic planning, you’ll know the best tools and be able to inspire and influence others and drive cross organisational change.

You’ll also be responsible for manging a marketing team to deliver a variety of brand and awareness campaigns for priority audiences. This includes our new area of children and young people, raising our profile in Wales, increasing the impact we have through our 150 high street shops and working on strategic corporate partnerships.
