Together we’ll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.
The Head of Network Fundraising is responsible for leading the Network Fundraising Support team and overseeing our fundraising support offer to Mind’s network of over 110 local Minds, enabling them to diversify their income streams and grow income in a sustainable way. The post will also work to increase collaboration between the Fundraising department at Mind and local Mind fundraisers, supporting the development of federation-wide fundraising products. The post will oversee delivery of annual and long-term objectives for the Network Fundraising Support offer, aligning with priorities in the organisational strategy.
You will need:
Senior management level experience of programme and project management
Experience of implementing fundraising strategies and operational activities in at least two of the following areas: community and events, individual giving (including legacies), corporate, trust or statutory fundraising
To have lead complex, high profile change and transformation
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex information to a variety of audiences
To be a self-starter with excellent people skills
A sound knowledge and understanding of fundraising approaches and techniques, with a commitment to Mind’s mission and values.
This position will initially, in line with current government guidance be based from home, with an expectation of being home based for the next six months or until updated government guidelines are published. However, if/when government guidelines change the role may then revert to being office based, whilst retaining some flexible working options.
This role is 35hrs p/w; however, we are open to a four-day working week (28 hrs or compressed hours)
