Mind is committed to equality of opportunity for all staff, and applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships.
Mind provides information, advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Last year, our information and support was accessed more than 14 million times – but we’re ambitious to do more.
We’re looking for a Head of Content to lead the development of our online and print information and be a source of mental health expertise across Mind, including to our helplines.
You’ll be able to evidence a commitment to supporting people through the provision of high-quality, timely and format-appropriate information.
As part of a job share, you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and be a natural and empathetic team player. A strong understanding of mental health problems – be that through personal experience, or previous job role – would be highly desirable.
