About Havering Mind
Havering Mind is a local Mental Health Charity that has been serving the community of Havering for 53 years. It is an independent charity and part of National Minds network of local associations.
We are proactive in supporting and educating people about mental health in the local community.
We do this through:
•Providing Advice and Information
•Helping individuals learn how to manage their mental health
•Providing activities to create peer support
•Raising awareness and providing education to reduce stigma around mental health
We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support.
