Mind’s Strategy and Insight team are looking for a new Governance and Performance Officer. We are a collaborative team working right at the heart of Mind, focused on Mind’s strategy, research, performance and governance. We help the organisation to manage risk, encourage learning and increase our impact. As we move into the 2nd year of our 2016-21 Strategy, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join our team.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the management of Mind’s governance alongside the coordination of performance management systems. You will get to support our trustees and work with teams across the whole of Mind, helping monitor progress against our strategy, support high quality decision making and increase Mind’s impact and sustainability.
Your attitude is just as important as your experience and you should have excellent administrative and people skills, combined with an interest in strategy and governance. We’re excited by what we have achieved so far and want you to contribute to our ambitious future programme of work.
