Fundraising Manager (Legacy & In-Memory)

About the role

We’re Mind, the mental health charity. We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect. We provide advice and support to empower anybody experiencing a mental health problem and we campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding

We have big goals over the next few years.

Will you join us?

You will join the Individual Giving & Legacies team as Legacy & In Memory Manager. You will be leading the Legacy & In Memory team of 3 to manage our In Memory and Legacy portfolio, working across the organisation, with local Minds and our external partners to provide excellent supporter engagement and identify opportunities for growing income

If you know how to lead a marketing team to engage large numbers of people over the full marketing mix of channels, you can help us meet our goal of increasing the number of supporters donating to us by 33% over the next three years.

You will need:

  • Excellent team management skills

  • Experience of project management involving colleagues from other teams

  • Experience of managing multi-channel and multi-product portfolios

  • Experience of launching new marketing channels, products or propositions based on audience insight and market trends.

The closing date for applications is 23rd May with interviews held between 2nd-9th June.

This position will initially, in line with current government guidance be based from home, with an expectation of being home based for the next six months or until updated government guidelines are published. However, if / when government guidelines change the role may then revert to being office based, whilst retaining some flexible working options.
